PRIVACY / UPDATED 31 JULY 2026

Privacy

This page is the privacy policy for the h2m.ee website, run by H2M Marketing OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia. On this site we write about our company and the services we offer, and provide a way to contact us.

What personal data we collect

Contact form

If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message by email. Those messages are stored on our mail server for an unspecified time. If you want a message you sent to be deleted, tell us and we will remove it.

The form is protected against automated submissions by a hidden field that people never see and never fill in. No third party service inspects your submission.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. Fonts are served from our own server rather than a third party, and no analytics or tracking scripts run on the page.

Social media

We link to our Facebook page. The link is an ordinary link: nothing is loaded from Facebook while you are on this site, and Facebook receives nothing about your visit unless you follow that link.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, which record your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent. These are used to operate and secure the site, and are not shared with anyone else.

How long we keep your data

Your name and email stay on our mail server until you ask us to delete them.

What rights you have

You can contact us to receive all data we hold on you. On request we will delete all of it, unless we are unable to for legal or security reasons.

How to contact us

Write to [email protected] or use the form on our home page.

How we protect your data

We use a reputable hosting company, keep strong passwords in place, and serve the site over HTTPS as static files, which leaves very little to attack.

More information

We may change this policy over time and do not undertake to notify visitors of changes. Check back here if it matters to you.
